2. Move for 5 Minutes—Even If You Don’t “Work Out”

I used to write 15 things on my to-do list, do 3, and feel like a failure.
Now?
I pick 3 things max I need to do.
If I finish those? I already won.

Now I keep a big glass next to my bed and drink it before I touch coffee. Feels like a power move.

This one took me years.

You don’t need to land a dream job to feel proud.

You can’t control everything, but you can control your feed.
8. Sleep > Hustle
Going to bed 30 minutes earlier changed more than any planner or productivity app.
I stopped treating sleep like it was optional.
Tired me = anxious, snappy, and foggy.
Rested me? Unstoppable.
9. The 5-Second Rule Actually Works
It sounds cheesy, but it works:
Have an idea? 5...4...3...2...1... do it.
